Weekly Class Schedule

Fitness Classes are limited to 5 participants, so that each member can receive meaningful instruction and attention. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes meet twice per week. The Back Pain Relief, Slip & Fall, and the Senior Fitness classes meet on Tuesday and Friday.

Nutrition Classes are limited to 20 participants. Please check our Monthly Calendar for the next beginning times and dates for these classes.

Group Detox Classes meet 4 times during the course of the 30-day program, and you may chose to attend either the Wednesday evening or Thursday morning sessions. The Group Detox is offered 3 times during the year in January, May, and September. Please check our Monthly Calendar for the next beginning dates for these classes.

Classes are held at the Center for Active Lifestyle Medicine in Irvine unless otherwise noted.
