Nutrition Basics Programs:  learn the theory behind your diet of choice and see what the research has to say about it. We’ll also examine current issues and concerns, look at the dietary guidelines, and then review a list of available resources – and that’s just the first hour-long session. In the second session we’ll look at how and where to shop, cooking techniques, starting recipes, and how to deal with holidays, restaurants, business meetings and families. Nutrition Basics Programs are available for paleo, vegan, Mediterranean, ketogenic, and low-carb diets.

We’ll look at organics, protein types and quantities, cooking techniques, added sugars and sugar substitutes, gluten and dairy, intermittent fasting and feeding the microbiome.
